Amelia is looking for a highly qualified Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Engineer to strengthen its dedicated Maintenance Control Center team. As an MCC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in real-time management of maintenance operations to ensure the airworthiness and reliability of our fleet.
Expert Support to Pilots: Provide real-time support to pilots regarding the interpretation of Minimum Equipment List (MEL) during dispatch, ensuring informed decision-making and compliance with regulations.
Continuous Monitoring: Monitor MEL/CDL, aircraft statuses, and oversee defect rectification to maintain fleet airworthiness. Ensure effective maintenance work planning in accordance with regulatory requirements and flight schedules.
Compliance and Coordination: Ensure compliance with planned and unplanned maintenance requirements. Coordinate the definition of visit records with planning and the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO).
Analysis and Assistance: Track and analyze post-visit maintenance records. Provide quick assistance in troubleshooting as soon as defects are reported by out stations.
AOG Situations Management: Manage Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations, including identifying necessary components, initiating supply requests, and tracking. Estimate troubleshooting time and inform the Operations Control Center (OCC) and other operational departments.
Repetitive Defect Analysis: Monitor and analyze fleet repetitive defects, provide support in troubleshooting, and propose preventive solutions.
Operational Coordination: Coordinate with OCC to inform all operational departments of technical defects, operational restrictions, and maintenance activities to minimize disruptions.
Representation During Maintenance Visits: Act as the company representative during outsourced maintenance visits.
Versatile Tasks: Perform any other tasks that may be assigned to support MCC operations.
Significant experience in a similar role within an airline.
Significant experience as an Airbus Line Maintenance Engineer.
In-depth knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations.
Demonstrated ability to make quick and informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Degree in aviation maintenance (EASA Part-66 - B1 licenses).
Airbus A320 CEO Type Training (Level III) would be appreciated.
Fluent in English.
