You will be able to work across a wide range of aircraft types, including Airbus 319/320, Embraer 135/145, Embraer 190 and Small turboprop aircraft.
If you are interested, this is your chance to be part of the behind-the-scenes story of the aviation industry while contributing to safety in the skies.
Your duties will include:
Technical Management: Organizing maintenance documentation and ensuring high-fidelity data entry into our information systems.
Planning & Analysis: Tracking life-limited components and providing high-level support for aircraft maintenance planning.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Acting as a point of contact for aviation authorities (CAA), suppliers, and manufacturers to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance.
Compliance Control: Rigorous monitoring of regulatory requirements and proactive reporting of any irregularities.
Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborating closely with other departments within the Amelia Group to monitor aircraft status and implement corrective actions.
Job requirements

Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a CAMO department (or similar Part-145 technical departments).
Attention to Detail: A meticulous and organized approach to complex technical data.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in aviation-specific software and standard computer programs.
Communication: Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of Slovenian language is an advantage).
Education: A technical background or degree in aviation is a distinct advantage.
Adaptability: A proactive mindset, capable of working independently in a fast-changing environment.
We Offer
Stability: Long-term employment within a robust and growing international group.
Hybrid Work Model: To foster team synergy and operational efficiency, this is not a fully remote position. We offer a flexible schedule with at least 2 days per week based in our Šenčur office.
Diverse Fleet and Operations: The opportunity to work with a unique variety of aircraft types and ACMI operations.
Growth: Continuous professional and personal development, with all necessary training provided internally or through external institutions.
Culture: A positive atmosphere of true aviation enthusiasts (and great morning coffee conversations).
Social Benefits: Regular team-building events and group trips for the entire team.
The application deadline is March 1st, 2026.
If you are passionate about aviation and want to become part of our energetic team, we invite you to join us.
Together, we will ensure that aircrafts remain safe in the skies.
