Job Description

As a CAMO engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for keeping aircrafts safe, airworthy, and compliant with all regulations. While your work will be mostly office-based, it is critical to the smooth operation of the fleet. No prior experience or technical knowledge is required! The key qualities we are looking for are a desire to learn, enthusiasm for aviation, and precision in your work.

Your duties will include:

  • Documentation Management: Organizing technical and maintenance documentation and entering data into information systems.

  • Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking components with limited lifespans and supporting aircraft maintenance planning.

  • Collaboration with External Partners: Communicating with aviation authorities, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure compliance and resolve technical issues.

  • Compliance Control: Ensuring regulatory requirements are met and reporting irregularities promptly.

  • Supporting Teams: Working closely with various departments (including within the Amelia Group) to monitor aircraft status and implement necessary actions.

Job requirements

Technical knowledge is not required, as we understand the specific nature of the work, and we are ready to provide thorough training. However, we expect the candidate to have the following qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and organized;

  • Proficient in computer programs (especially advanced Excel and Office);

  • Effective communication skills in both Slovenian and English;

  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-changing environment;

  • Proactive and capable of working independently.
