Job description
As part of the REGOURD AVIATION Commercial department, you'll be responsible for coordinating and supervising catering and in-flight service operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience for both economy and business class services. This is an office-based role that requires daily communication with crew members, suppliers, and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize in-flight catering (menu selection, quantities, presentation).
Coordinate with external suppliers (caterers, equipment providers, transport partners).
Monitor stock levels of service equipment.
Prepare flight-related documents for catering and passenger services.
Handle specific requests from VIP clients and ensure personalized service.
Review invoices and monitor budgets related to catering services.
Maintain regular communication with flight crews to gather feedback and improve service quality.
Work Arrangement:
Full-time, permanent office-based position (CDI).
Standard office hours, but flexibility is required for last-minute flights.
Occasional travel may be necessary (supplier visits, on-site airport coordination).
On-call duty: evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.
Job requirements
Technical skills:
Experience in the aviation sector is essential. Examples include a background as a catering agent (for an airline or provider), cabin crew member, air broker, flight supervisor for a broker, or a handling agent.
Proficiency with basic office software, including Gmail and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory (French is a plus)
Knowledge of food hygiene standards and aeronautical logistics is appreciated
